Sonia Delen
PRESIDENT
Sonia Delen is a Senior Vice President of a leading global finance company in the United States for over 25 years. She is recognized for her structuring and transaction management expertise in structured asset financing.
Sonia serves as a non-lawyer, public member of the Board of Trustees appointed by Governor Jerry Brown to the State Bar of California, the regulatory, disciplinary and admissions agency of the Supreme Court of California. She serves on boards of several nonprofit organizations, including as president of the Filipino Food Movement, the University of the Philippines Alumni Association of San Francisco, and as chairperson of the Campaign for Filipino Children of the Apl. de. ap Foundation International. She is a member of the Filipina Women’s Network.

Sonia has received several awards as one of 100 Most Influential Filipinos in 2020 by The Outstanding Filipinos in America organization (TOFA100), a Pinay Visionaries Award, Filipina Women’s Network FWN100 Most Influential Filipina Women in the U.S (2007) and Global (FWN100 Most Influential Filipinas in the World, 2013) and recipient of a Presidential Citation from then President Gloria Macapagal Arroyo for Humanitarian efforts.

Wendy Pascual Andong
PRESIDENT
Wendy Pascual Andong is a certified public accountant in the US and in the Philippines.
For more than 10 years as a partner of an accounting firm in the San Francisco Bay Area, she has been serving small to medium business owners in their accounting and tax requirements as they grow their respective businesses.
She has more than 20 years of extensive experience in public accounting from one of the biggest accounting firms globally. She was also a hands-on CFO of a bank for 4 years in the Philippines.
Wendy serves as CFO of the Filipino Food Movement and the San Diego Filipino Cinema Festival.

Demee Koch
DIRECTOR
Demee Koch is a Switzerland-based serial entrepreneur with a solid experience of two decades in the health and beauty industry. With DE MOI BY DEMEE KOCH, she has launched a social and eco-friendly beauty brand that develops high-quality and result-oriented cosmetic products with active ingredients, manufactured according to the principles of honesty and fairness.
Demee is an advocate for inclusion and women's empowerment and is actively involved in charity work. In addition to cause-related charitable events, she supports numerous scholarship programs for education and upward mobility in her home country the Philippines, as well as local female entrepreneurship programs.
Since 2005, Demee has shared her knowledge of conscious entrepreneurship as a trusted business advisor and director with successful global brands in fitness, fashion and beauty.
In 2019, Demee was awarded in Paris as a GLOBAL FWN100 2019 Most Influential Filipina In The World. In 2021, she was awarded “Ambassador of Peace” by the Universal Peace Federation UK, an NGO with general consultative status with the Economic and Social Council of the United Nations. This award is given to exemplary individuals who live in the service of others.

Peter Johnson A. Olivar
PROJECT MANAGER
Peter Olivar is a Political and Advocacy Officer at the Senate of the Philippines. Dedicating 5 years in his scholastic and early career as a community organizer, he is continuously expanding his vast professional network in the development sector.
​
He is one of 60 candidates all across ASEAN and Timor-Leste, one of 10 in the Philippines, to be selected in the 2021 YSEALI Workshop on Future Workforce organized by US Embassy – Singapore and The Asia Foundation – San Francisco.
In 2019, he integrated his passion for empowering communities and advocacy building as a Philippines-based Project Officer to Apl.de.Ap Foundation’s Campaign for Filipino Children (ADAFI-CFC). In the same year, he was a Relations Officer in Project Makinig—engaging millions of Filipino households in face-to-face conversations through a nationwide, data-driven, grassroots, listening crusade.

Peter is a Co-Founder and the Advisor of the Agriculture Students Association of the Philippines, the largest confederation of agriculture students and advocates in the country, meshing some 800 international members.
